CSU will intensify its efforts to build a resource-efficient and environmentally responsible campus. Key measures include optimising the campus energy mix, expanding the adoption of solar and other renewable energy sources, installing advanced energy-efficient technologies such as high-efficiency lighting and upgraded thermal-insulation systems, and reinforcing water-resource management to curb overall consumption. Waste-sorting and recycling systems will be upgraded through a more integrated collection and treatment mechanism that supports waste reduction and resource recovery. Ongoing development of campus green spaces will further enhance the ecological integrity and liveability of the university.
